This is a full-time continuing position with salary in the range $83,776 - $93,121 (HEW 5), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.

About This Opportunity
The HDR Admissions Officer provides specialist administrative support and expert policy advice to HDR candidates and academic advisors across the university.
Key responsibilities will include:
End-to-End Admissions and Compliance
Specialist Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, candidates, and advisors by providing expert procedural advice, resolving escalated enquiries, and monitoring application progress to ensure timely outcomes.
Data Integrity and Systems Management
Continuous Improvement and Collaboration
Drive the enhancement of HDR client services by identifying process efficiencies, collaborating with colleagues across the Graduate School, and contributing to knowledge articles and self-service resources.
About You
Hold an undergraduate degree (or equivalent combination of experience and training) and demonstrate excellent organisational skills. You have a proven track record of prioritising competing tasks to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service. You can liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels and thrive as a proactive, collaborative member of a team.
Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to apply sound judgement when interpreting complex information. You possess a solid understanding of student administration policies and procedures (or the capacity to rapidly acquire this knowledge) to ensure compliance.
Highly computer literate with the ability to rapidly acquire proficiency with new corporate information systems. You are comfortable navigating digital workflows and maintaining data integrity across various platforms.
You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment, and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks. Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
