Overview:
The Legal Counsel, Property & Constructionin the Legal Services Group is a service-focused, first point of contact for users of legal services within RMIT and supports the General Counsel and Associate Director, Property & Constructionin theLegal ServicesGroup todeliver highquality legaladvice toclients within RMIT in a timely and customer-focused manner.
Provide a service-focused, proactive point of contact for internal clients and external parties including across the Property Services Group, as well as other portfolios and RMIT’s controlled entities as may berequired.
Provide legal and strategic advice and support to thesupported portfolios within theuniversityand inthe negotiation, drafting and development of agreements, policies, processes, tenderdocumentsand all related legal documents required by theuniversity.
