Your role
The Student Recruitment & Marketing Officer is the main contact point for prospective and current SEUP students and parents, providing accurate, compliant, and timely program information, handling enquiries professionally to ensure high quality customer experience and satisfaction, and supporting Direct and Digital Marketing activities to generate leads and drive enrollments.
The role manages the full student recruitment cycle, from generating leads and consulting prospective students to converting them into enrollments, directly contributing to New Initiatives’ enrollment results. The role is also responsible for following up with parents and students for re-enrollment, as well as planning, executing, and tracking Direct and Digital Marketing campaigns and events. Working under the guidance of the Student Recruitment & Direct Marketing Manager (Danang), the Student Recruitment & Marketing Officer plays a key role in coordinating with internal teams and external partners, optimizing marketing activities to support lead generation and enrollment targets.

Key Accountabilities
Contribute to student recruitment outcomes by actively engaging prospective students and parents, delivering accurate, compliant, and timely program consultations, and supporting the conversion of enquiries into enrollments in line with agreed recruitment and marketing KPIs, under the guidance of the Manager.
Conduct the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including prospecting, nurturing leads, conducting consultations, advising on program options, and assisting with securing enrollments in accordance with SEUP and University policies and procedures.
Support the growth and retention of the student pipeline by proactively following up with current, deferred, and stopped students to maximise re-enrollment and retention outcomes, in line with agreed targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track recruitment activities, and report on enquiries, applications, and enrollments, and provide regular activity and performance updates as required.
Participate in and support SEUP recruitment events and promotional activities, including presentations, MC duties, and communicating approved program information and differentiators to prospective students and parents in accordance with SEUP and University policies and procedures.
Execute and support Direct and Digital Marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and partnership activities, under the direction of the Manager, to assist with lead generation and enrollment outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing strategies, assist with event logistics, and contribute to tracking campaign performance to ensure alignment with enrollment objectives.
Comply with all SEUP and University policies, including child-safe practices, data privacy, marketing compliance, and use of approved systems and materials.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required to ensure effective team functioning.
Key Selection Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service roles.
Strong customer service ethics with the ability to provide professional, timely, accurate, and high-quality advice in line with organisational and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills, especially in relation to student recruitment and sales.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills to implement tasks effectively and on time.
Accurate data management and reporting skills, with experience using CRM and database systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in supporting Direct & Digital marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, or supplier coordination is an advantage. Professional conduct aligned with organizational values, including commitment to excellence, innovation, inclusion, and agility.
Willingness to undertake additional tasks as assigned by the SEUP Student Recruitment & Direct Marketing Manager to support the New Initiatives Department.

English Proficiency
English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS General 5.5 (or equivalent CEST 150).
