Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Technical Account Executive plays a key role in delivering an outstanding experience forInformitcustomers. You will act as a trusted point of contact, supporting onboarding, renewals, technical issues, and training to help customers maximise the value ofInformitproducts.
Thisrole blendscustomer success, technical support, and account management,ensuring seamless access toInformit’sdigital resources. You will collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance—to support customer retention,identifyproduct improvement opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience.
This dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and contributing to the growth and success ofInformitproducts.
Customer service or customer success experience, ideally inlibrary, publishing, or education sectors
