About This Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer focused Food and Beverage Attendants to help us and deliver exceptional hospitality services within Customs House. We are specifically seeking professional wait staff and bar staff to join our wonderful team who are interested in working both in Patina Restaurant and Banquets Operations.
Staff are required to be available on weekdays, weekends and evenings.
Student and Working Holiday Visas holders are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Provide high standard of service and exceptional dining experience to our guests
3-plate carrying, 5-plate clearing; tray service
Set up of event spaces, bar and pop-up bar for service, and pack down of equipment, furniture and catering services
Stock control and storage maintenance
This is a casual position at Food & Beverage Grade 2 Load rate $37.61 per hour plus 12% superannuation.

About You
Two years of experience in a similar or a luxury hospitality service
Current Responsible Service of alcohol (RSA) certificate.
A positive attitude and customer driven focus
High standard of professionalism and excellent customers service skills
A commitment to excellence of product and service
Teamwork skills
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia and education check.
