The Workforce Capability Lead designs,facilitatesand delivers workforce development initiatives that translate RMIT’s strategic priorities into practical learning outcomes and capability interventions.
Working within the Capability, Careers & Leadership team in People & Culture, the role partners with leaders,stakeholdersand subject matter experts to analyse capability needs and co-design contemporary, learner-centred development solutions. The position applies strong instructional design, facilitation,consultationand evaluation practice to deliver impactful learning experiences that support measurable behavioural, capability and organisational outcomes.
Through this work, the Workforce Capability Lead contributes to strengthening workforce capability at scale by shaping relevant,inclusiveand future-focused capability initiatives across the University.
You are an experienced learning and workforce development professional who combines strong instructional design capability with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders to deliver impactful capability initiatives.
