The Senior Investigator role sits withinThe Central Complaints & Investigations team (within Operations Portfolio) andis responsible forthe full range of complaints &investigationsto all teams of the RMIT University Group. The teamhaveexpertiseininternal integrity investigations and complaints.
Prepare andmaintainspecialisedprocedures, guidelines and documents to support,manageanddocument case outcomes, including but not limited to correspondence, disciplinary letters, memosand investigation reports.
You are an experiencedsenior investigator with strong provenproficiencymanagingmultiplecases of misconductwithincomplex environments,withthe ability to partner effectively with stakeholders to deliversoundevidencebasedinvestigations.
To be successful in this position,you’llhave:
Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, influencing skills, client correspondence, reportingwritingand presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience and understanding in managing cases of misconduct, specifically experienceregardinginvestigations offraud, corruption,bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, disputes, grievances, theft & conflict of interest.
Proven ability in the use of a range of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Programs and the ability to quickly learnnew technologies. Desirable but not essential is experienced with ServiceNow,Salesforceand Workday.
