About This Opportunity
Exciting opportunities are available for Senior Principal Integration Developers to contribute to a major Platform Consolidation project. In this hands-on role, you will design, build, and maintain complex integrations, APIs, and data pipelines across cloud and on-prem systems. You’ll work directly with high-volume data flows, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best-practice solutions, playing a key part in shaping the architecture and ensuring the success of critical integration initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading and performing analysis, design, development, testing, and operations of system interfaces, data flows, and API implementations.
Designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining integration systems, tools, services, middleware, and infrastructure, with ongoing operational support and resolving integration incidents.
Consulting on technical and governance aspects of integration technologies, platforms, and services for stakeholders.
Investigating, evaluating, and reporting on new equipment, systems, processes, patterns, and standards.

About You
You bring a strong background in IT with expertise in cloud-based integration solutions, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement. With demonstrated experience in Azure and modern integration practices, you combine technical depth with analytical and interpersonal skills to deliver effective outcomes in complex environments.
Key attributes include:
Undergraduate degree in IT plus postgraduate qualifications (or progress toward them), or equivalent experience.
Proven experience with Azure and modern cloud-based services.
Ability to architect, design, implement, test, and operate integration solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across systems, data, and technologies.
Experience leading IT projects, managing teams and budgets, and working in agile (SCRUM) environments.
Skilled in designing and operating integration flows and APIs (e.g., Swagger, RAML).
Experience with DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
Proficiency in database development, relational design, and advanced query writing.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, and education check.
