Demonstrated experience providing dependable administrative and operational support across routine, well-defined tasks, with strongorganisationalskills, attention todetailand the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, build positive working relationships, and engage authentically and inclusively with colleagues,studentsand stakeholders.
Understanding ofstakeholder needs and operational environments, displaying an awareness of the work context, stakeholder expectations, andorganisationalpriorities, with the ability to apply established procedures accurately and consistently. (Know)
Demonstrated ability to follow established administrative,financialand operational processes,applyingUniversity and other relevant policies and procedures accurately. Able torecogniseissues outside standard practice and escalate appropriately, ensuring consistent and compliantoutcomes.
Competence in using office systems, data entry tools, finance/procurement platforms, shareddrivesand content management systems, with a commitment tomaintainingdata accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to produce clear,accurateandwell structuredwritten materials tailored to different audiences, with strong attention to detail and inclusive communication.Able to draw onunderstanding ofprocesses andstakeholder needsto prepare effective documents and consistently deliverhigh qualityoutputs within requiredtimeframes.
A qualification in Businessand experience in communications is highly desirable.
