Overview:
The Program Coordinator supports with coordination activities in accordance with Project and Program delivery best practices, must have prior knowledge and experience with project and and program management and coordination experience. The role ensures governance compliance,accuratereporting and delivery assurance aligned to the approved program scope,milestonesand funding period. Responsibilities include supporting program governance forums, reporting and financial review activities, risk andissuehygiene and operational coordination.
A core requirement of the role is understanding and applying the RMIT Project Execution Framework governance processes. The incumbent will review delivery artefacts, confirm adherence to requiredstandardsand adviseProgram andProject Managers on required corrective actions. The role contributes to delivery assurance and program close-out byidentifyinggaps,inefficienciesand improvement opportunities within the approved program scope.

Appointment to this position is subject to holding a valid Victorian Working with Children Check and other checks as required by the specific role. Maintaining a valid WorkingWithChildren Check is a condition of employment at RMIT.
